Broken JOY A4 DIE CUTTING CRAFT MACHINE
Hi, thought I shall say that tonight whilst trying to emboss a folder - my new JT broke! I will update you asap on the outcome, but at the moment the plates are jammed in the machine. I'm really disappointed - it seemed so promising! If you have a JT - take care if it's stiff when embossing with folders - stop. Don't risk breaking yours!

Sorry to hear your new JT is stuck.
Hope the plate can removed and you can be back to playing with your new toy. Yikkes
Oh and you would be so very careful Ikki, so that is lesson.. and trust you can find a safe way to release the plates.. maybe a phone call to folk who make them? and they will come to the rescue.. glad my bug has not done that..weak hands are good sometimes!

Oh no...that is not good news. Hope that the JT can be repaired and the embossing folder rescued.
Oh my gosh... already. How disappointing. I hope it's just at temporary glitch related to getting to know the machine and nothing more.

Ikki my JT broke after 2 weeks it was a nightmare getting it replaced I was accused of breaking it. I new I hadn't. I did get a replacement. I hope you get it sorted soon. xx Jan

Mine was one of 3 that has broken in the same way all bought from the same shop!
